We have just received a sample of our new parent albums, and it looks awesome.
What's so cool about these albums is that they are an exact replica of your own album, just smaller.
This way Mum doesn't have to choose her own photos :-)
Best of all, they are made in the same way as the the feature albums, which means it's also handmade and of the same excellent quality.
Oh and even better, these are the ultimate brag books, imagine your Mum with her friends and pulling out this album!
Here are some pics of Paul and Ileana's feature album along with the sample parent album.
BTW, this is from a Trash the Dress session in Fiji shot on the day after their wedding. The album is a 14"x10" Queensberry album printed on metallic paper with a corrugated aluminum cover. The parent album has a traditional black leather cover (Mums like the traditional look!)
Thickness and construction is the same.
big one, little one.

Lisa & Daniel - 25 November '07
Daniel and the boys get in some Nintendo Wii action before heading out for the ceremony.
Lisa is getting ready at her parents place. Lisa wore a beautiful dress by Collette Dinnigan.
Lisa and her sisters arrive at Gunners Barracks in Mosman for the ceremony and reception.
The ceremony took place in the courtyard at Gunners Barracks, which is a beautiful and intimate setting for a ceremony.
Lisa's dad escorted Lisa down the aisle.
A view from the back. It was a very bright and sunny day. Shooting into the sun creates some cool sun flare.
The best man reaching for the rings.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the locations around Gunners Barracks to get some nice location photos.
The front of Gunners.
And inside the reception room, a beautiful room with an intimate feeling.
Sometime during the reception we took some time to take some more moody photos with the city as a backdrop.

our website is moving!
Our website went house hunting and found itself a new host.
our site is going to be so much faster! I tested it in the staging environment, and now our new site loads in approx 3 secs as opposed to 15 sec now!
The downside is that while we are switching hosts, name servers and all that there will be some downtime. Our old host is also in the process of moving stuff around so that doesn't help.
So please bear with us, hopefully we'll be up and running very soon.
Note: Any client slideshows which are not linked directly from our site will not work any longer. You'll need to contact us and we will send you a new link.
any probs just drop us an email info@uberphotography.com.au

Jacqui & Mark - 24 November 07
hmmm, lollies, 'nough said!
Jacquie and the girls getting ready.
Portrait of Jacquie
Mark is doing his best to look relaxed, it's not really working though is it?
The chapel at Jacquies old school, Mount St Benedict Chapel.
His feet.
Her feet.
Fuzzy fur feet.
yep, I get inspired by Dr Seuss
The wind was wreaking havoc with the veil.A bright sunny day is not the best time for photos, but you can always make it work in your favour. Silhouette of the bridal party.
Playing with shadows.
At the reception at the Argyle Centre we had some spare time so we went to the unisex toilets for some photos; as you do.
The reception was in the Cellars room. Shooting the first dance in almost complete darkness and with no flash is always tricky but the results can be pretty funky.
Don't worry, we also took plenty of photos with the flash actually switched on.

Sheridan & Steve - 16 November '07
Sheridan and Steve are our uber cool couple. Sheridan totally digs what I am about and nothing I do is too crazy for her. So we pretty much had artistic license to shoot what and how we wanted as well as processing the images to give them the über mojo.
Hair & Makeup by the fabulous girls at blushgirl makeup artistry
Ceremony and reception: Gledswood Homestead
Steve was getting ready at his Mum's place.
Looking cool! :-)
Sheridan has a style unique to herself, which becomes apparent as soon as you walk into her bedroom.
Just playing around here with some Venitian Masks I found in her bedroom. Sheridan is wearing a gorgeous dress by L'empire du mariage. But her hoop was something else, sorry no pics here, but it involves leopard skin.
Check out the cool shoes! The ceremony and reception took place at Gledswood Homestead.
Walking up the aisle with her Mum.
No words needed here.
In search of yummy light we found this stately room with large windows in the old estate house.
Funky B&W image, it's dark and moody.
The homestead is littered with rustic old farm buildings which are a great contrast to weddings dresses.
Top marks for best first dance song selection, The Bitch Song; who would have thought. Seriously loved it!
To finish off during the reception we took 5 minutes out to take some moody and romantic shots against the old sandstone buildings.
There are so many more cool photos, I just can't post them all here, so watch out for the slideshow.

Louise & Conor - November 10th
Conor getting ready.
A detail of Louise's gorgeous dress, check out the details.
Louise is ready to get into the cars and head to the church.
Louise and her Dad arrive at the church, Santa Sabina, her old school.
I am a sucker for emotional parents.
After the ceremony and family photos we took some photos around the grounds of Santa Sabina.
And some photos at Observatory Hill in the city.
The reception was at the Westin Hotel, the restored GPO in the city. So before heading in we took some photos around the GPO.
Always looking for more unusual places to shoot at.
The well known columnade at the old GPO.
Inside the grand looking Heritage Ballroom of the Westin Hotel. It really has an amazing atmosphere which is hard to find anywhere else.
Wrapping up the night on the dance floor.
