Yay! our last wedding for 2005! We couldn't have asked for a nicer wedding to finish a successful year. The ceremony and reception were held at Mandalay; one of our favourite places.
The only moment of panic, when the celebrant had forgotten to bring the vows, was quickly over thanks to the power of the internet. One of Belinda's bridesmaids was able to access her email and download a copy of the vows.
After that everything went perfectly and Belinda looked gorgeous.

Knibb Family
Today I was presented with a new challenge.... teenage girls!!!! Fay is one of the teachers at Max's preschool and asked me to photograph the 3 generations of her family. So after a bit of a wait (make-up seems to take a long time these days!!) I got some lovely family photos. I suddenly realised how well I relate to 2 years olds.... compared to teenage girls.

Jaime & Roy
Jaime and Roy were referred to us by a fellow photographer, Vincent who is a good friend of the couple. Since Vincent was going to design the album for them as a wedding gift, the pressure was on us to make sure we got some kick ass images!
Our style usually reflects a very candid natural approach, this time however, due to timing issues around the various locations we found ourselves with 4 hours on our hands to fill with location shots. As a result we got more into a editorial/fashion vibe.
Nevertheless the day went by pretty quickly and overall had a pretty relaxed atmosphere...well until we got to the reception and Jaime had to change her dress more often than Kylie during her concerts.
Let's see, western wedding dress, burmese wedding dress, plain korean wedding dress, really really elaborate korean wedding dress, and finally back into western wedding dress. But hey, at least she got to wear 3 pairs of different shoes to her wedding.
Seriousely Jaime, you were amazing to let it all happen and keep your cool!

Amanda & Glenn
*Wow* it's been so busy we haven't had a chance to post anything in ages.
Last Saturday we awoke to some pouring rain, my thought went out to Amanda who must have been freaking out at this stage, having an outdoor ceremony and all.
Sure, the whole point of getting married is to, well get married, but sunshine would be nice too.
Well by late morning the rain stopped and the sun poked its head out. By the time we got to the wedding I wish I had put some sun block on.
Well it was all good. Amanda and Glenn looked great and the rest of the day went by in a fairly relaxed fashion.
Here are some pics... ChrisB

Most excellent wedding day
What an awesome day, I don't know what it was, but the day had a really great vibe from start to finish. We were lucky to have some great locations to play with. The ceremony was at Curzon Hall with a location shoot down by the water at Balmain.
Rolla and Darren and all the family were great and watching them together gave us a warm and fuzzy feeling :-)
Everything on the day was done in style, down to the getaway Mustang that wisked them off tothe hotel.

William, Katja, Juliette and Oscar
I was a little nervous approaching this session with 4 kids all close in age. It ended up a being great session. They have the most amazing gardens so I was able to photograph the kids in lots of different locations. They well so well behaved I think I need to get them to teach my boys a few lessons.
