Yay! our last wedding for 2005! We couldn't have asked for a nicer wedding to finish a successful year. The ceremony and reception were held at Mandalay; one of our favourite places.
The only moment of panic, when the celebrant had forgotten to bring the vows, was quickly over thanks to the power of the internet. One of Belinda's bridesmaids was able to access her email and download a copy of the vows.
After that everything went perfectly and Belinda looked gorgeous.

Knibb Family
Today I was presented with a new challenge.... teenage girls!!!! Fay is one of the teachers at Max's preschool and asked me to photograph the 3 generations of her family. So after a bit of a wait (make-up seems to take a long time these days!!) I got some lovely family photos. I suddenly realised how well I relate to 2 years olds.... compared to teenage girls.

Jaime & Roy
Jaime and Roy were referred to us by a fellow photographer, Vincent who is a good friend of the couple. Since Vincent was going to design the album for them as a wedding gift, the pressure was on us to make sure we got some kick ass images!
Our style usually reflects a very candid natural approach, this time however, due to timing issues around the various locations we found ourselves with 4 hours on our hands to fill with location shots. As a result we got more into a editorial/fashion vibe.
Nevertheless the day went by pretty quickly and overall had a pretty relaxed atmosphere...well until we got to the reception and Jaime had to change her dress more often than Kylie during her concerts.
Let's see, western wedding dress, burmese wedding dress, plain korean wedding dress, really really elaborate korean wedding dress, and finally back into western wedding dress. But hey, at least she got to wear 3 pairs of different shoes to her wedding.
Seriousely Jaime, you were amazing to let it all happen and keep your cool!
